According to this recipe, you can prepare excellent dough for pies, pies, white bread, and other unsweetened pastries.
The secret is in one ingredient - you need to add potatoes to the dough.
All you will need for preparation are: 3,5 cups of flour, 500 ml of water, 80 ml of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, 2 potatoes and a teaspoon each of salt and sugar.
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces.
- Boil until ready in salted water, then make a puree with a pestle, do not drain the water.
- Leave to cool, then pour oil into the puree.
- Salt, add sugar, pour yeast and sifted flour.
- Knead the dough - it should be sticky and soft.
- Transfer the dough to a clean bowl, cover and leave for 40 minutes.
- When the dough is suitable, you can mold any unsweetened pastry from it.
The dough will be very soft, and the pastry will be very light and airy.
