Details
For cooking you need:
- 500 g of pork;
- 2 cups of buckwheat groats;
- 1 bulb;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 Art. l. vegetable oil;
- 3 glasses of water;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- spices - to taste.
How to cook
First of all, carrots should be cut into strips, onions should be cut into large cubes or half rings.
The meat is cut into portions - not too small, not too large (so that it is stewed and does not dry out).
Pour oil into the bottom of a cauldron or pan, heat it up, fry the meat until browned, and transfer it to clean dishes when ready.
Put chopped vegetables in the same oil, add spices and salt, fry buckwheat separately in a dry pan. Then we add meat to the fried vegetables, and put buckwheat on top and cover everything with water.
Wait for the water to boil and cover with a lid. Next, cook over medium heat until the water evaporates completely.
Bon appetit!
