The fastest cookies in just 5 minutes: a step-by-step recipe
Today we want to share with you one accessible and proven recipe for making extremely simple honey cookies. In this recipe, chefs advise baking them in the form of sticks. Such a delicacy is prepared very quickly - about 7-8 minutes! The resulting cookies are incredibly crispy and at the same time tender, and they will definitely appeal to both children and adults!
You will need the following ingredients (for approximately 69 pieces):
- Flour - 150 grams;
- Sugar - 30 grams;
- Vegetable oil - 40 milliliters;
- Egg - 1 piece;
- Honey - 50 grams;
- Vanilla sugar - 8 grams;
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon without top;
- Salt - to taste.
Method of cooking:
To make these delicious and fragrant honey cookies, follow these steps:
Step 1
Break the egg into a plate, add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Mix the ingredients well with a whisk, making sure the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Pour out the honey and add the odorless vegetable oil.
Step 4
Mix again with a whisk.

Step 5
Add baking powder and some of the pre-sifted flour, mix with a whisk.
Step 6
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough with a spatula.
Step 7
Place the dough in a pastry bag. You can also use a regular ziplock bag.
Step 8
Cut off a corner of the bag (approximately 1 cm).
Step 9
Pipe small strips from the pastry bag onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Step 10
Place the cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees. Bake for 7-8 minutes. The cookies should be browned on the bottom and slightly browned on top. Since the cookies bake very quickly, make sure they don't burn.
