Ingredients
you need the following:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 450 g;
- kefir - 300 g;
- sugar - 1 tablespoons;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- soda - 0,5 tsp;
- oil - 2 tbsp.
How to cook
Pour salt, sugar and baking soda into a bowl. Heat the kefir and pour it in as well. Stir. Add eggs and oil. Mix everything and start adding flour gradually. Knead the dough. First in a container, and then put on the table. Grease your hands with oil and knead a little more.
The dough should rest for about 10 minutes. Then roll it out on the pizza. Brush with sauce and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Spread the filling and cook for another 5 minutes. Bon appetit!
