How to cook

Pour milk over the bread. Next, it needs to be squeezed well. Finely chop the onion (1 pc.) with a cube, and grate the carrot. Kill the egg. Mix all the ingredients and form patties.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Put the cutlets. Flatten them a little. Place slices of tomato, onion and mushroom slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake. Temperature — 180 degrees, time — 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
