A sweet tooth can be desired at any time, so for such an occasion you need to have not only tasty sweets, but also healthy ones at hand. Treats for any taste can be prepared yourself without spending a lot of time. Dried fruits, chocolate, coconut or salted caramel - choose your favorite ingredient and get involved in the process with us. Sweet homemade candies can be a wonderful surprise for loved ones or a pleasant dessert for yourself. It will be tastier than in the store - definitely!

Creamy toffee

Practically everyone loves the long-lasting pleasure from childhood. Milk, tender, with the addition of salt - toffees are very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 200 g
  • cream 33-35% - 200 ml
  • butter - 30 g
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l.
  • vanillin - 2 g

Method of cooking:

1. Prepare a silicone mold for ice. If there is none, take a plastic one and grease it with a small amount of oil.

2. Mix cream, sugar, vanilla, butter and honey in a saucepan. Put on fire.

3. Bring the mass to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Pour the thickened hot mass into the molds. Wait until it cools down, and then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

5. The original candies are ready! If you want to make the taste richer, sprinkle the preparations with a lot of salt before sending it to the refrigerator.

Tender coconut




Being around freshly made coconut candies requires patience and tremendous willpower. After all, for the best result, the products need to be left to infuse for a day - after that, the dessert will be much tastier.

Ingredients:

  • coconut shavings - 150 g
  • condensed milk - 400 g
  • egg yolks - 1 pcs.
  • almonds - 100 g
  • vanillin - 1 g

Method of cooking:

1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix condensed milk, egg yolk and 100 g of coconut shavings.

2. Put it on the fire and cook the mass over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

3. Put the contents of the saucepan on a flat plate, level it and let it cool completely.

4. Roll balls with a diameter of 3 cm, place almonds inside. Roll in remaining coconut flakes.

5. Leave the finished candies in the refrigerator overnight to stabilize.

Freezing rain

Fruit and berry jelly candies can be made all year round. In summer and autumn - from seasonal products, and in winter - from frozen products.

Ingredients:

  • plums - 500 g (or any other fruits and berries)
  • gelatin - 40 g
  • sugar - 300 g
  • butter - for greasing

Method of cooking:

1. Prepare a container in which you will cool the candies. It can be a flat rectangular baking dish. Cover it with baking paper and grease with butter.

2. Wash the plums, cut them into two parts, remove the stone and preferably peel them. The ingredients indicate 500 g of plums, in the prepared form the amount should be about 400-450 g.

3. Cut the plums into small pieces and mix with sugar. Add a little water (40 ml) and beat with a blender.

4. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add pre-soaked and swollen gelatin to the hot mass and mix until smooth.

5. Cool the mixture to 36–37°C. If you don't have a special thermometer, put a drop of plum mass on your hand. If it is not felt on the skin, then the temperature is correct.

6. Beat the contents of the pan with a mixer for 10 minutes until the mass turns white and increases in volume.

7. Pour the mixture into the prepared form and put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours, until it solidifies completely.

8. Remove the finished jelly mass from the mold, cut it into pieces and roll it in sugar or powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator!
