Ingredients
You need the following:
- Brussels sprouts - 400 g;
- smoked bacon - 30 g;
- bouillon cube - 1 pc.;
- Gouda cheese - 20 g;
- flour
How to cook
Immediately set the oven heating mode. It is necessary to reach 200 degrees. Boil Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes in salted water. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Mix together with the cabbage. Put in a form greased with butter or oil.
Dissolve the bouillon cube in 250 ml of warm water. If you have ready-made sauce thickener, add it too. If not, then thicken with flour.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage in the form. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the casserole. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Put the finished cabbage on a plate and sprinkle with greens. Bon appetit!
