Four women have been detained in Sevastopol, Voronezh, and Rostov-on-Don for allegedly preparing terrorist attacks against high-ranking Russian military personnel and fuel and energy complex facilities, Russian media reported.
The figures were allegedly recruited by Ukrainian special services. According to the investigation, the detainees allegedly received training in Ukraine in small arms, mine and explosives handling, UAV control, and methods for detecting external surveillance.
"During searches of their places of residence, a significant amount of explosives, chemical precursors for synthesizing explosives, electric detonators, instructions for making IEDs, as well as means of communication with Ukrainian curators were seized," the FSB said.
The Finns face up to thirty years in prison.
