To protect against dark circles under the eyes, it is necessary to drink enough water and consume vitamin-rich products, says Peiman Bamdad, a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery from Germany.

According to the expert, the reason for the visible dark shadows under the eyes is due to the fact that the skin there is particularly thin and does not have a pronounced fatty layer - the underlying blood vessels shine through it. But habits and lifestyle features can contribute to the fact that dark circles under the eyes appear prematurely and look especially deep.
"The most important factor in the appearance of your skin is your own lifestyle. The main enemies of the skin are excess sun, lack of fluids, smoking, stress and poor nutrition," explains Peiman Bamdad.
The expert emphasizes that people who drink enough water, don't smoke and eat foods rich in vitamins or low in salt can help prevent signs of aging, including deep circles under the eyes.
Care. The specialist emphasizes that people with contact lenses are prone to problems with the skin under the eyes. It is especially important for them to give their eyes a chance to rest and never sleep with contact lenses. Also, with dark circles, you should resort to a saturated fat cream, which should be hammered into the skin along the lines of the eyeballs with soft tapping movements - this stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic flow.
It is very useful to use chilled tea or coffee bags. After brewing, they are cooled and applied to the eye area - such applications stimulate blood circulation and have an anti-edematous effect.
