I got this recipe from my mother-in-law and now I cook peppers this way! Girls, you will be delighted with this clear and very tasty recipe!
Ingredients:
- Bulgur 1 cup + water 2 glasses
- Minced chicken
- Onion 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- Bell pepper (I have yellow)
Fill:
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l
- Water, salt, ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
I boil the bulgur until cooked, then add the minced meat to it.
I first fry the finely chopped onion with grated carrots. I add it to the mixture and mix. I add salt and pepper to taste.
I clean the bell peppers from the inside and stuff them with the mixture.
Fill:
I put the peppers in a saucepan. For the filling, I mix tomato paste, sour cream, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl. I pour the filling over the peppers. I cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until the peppers are soft.
