Dark leafy greens are one of the best products for improving health. Whether you prefer kale, spinach, or arugula, each of these foods is packed with vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins A, C, E, and K, iron, calcium, and potassium.
Citrus
Citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C, not to mention fiber, folic acid and potassium. Some studies have shown that vitamin C can lower fasting blood sugar, as well as triglycerides, cholesterol, and inflammation. It can even improve resistance.
