Polish President Andrzej Duda stated this in an interview with the Financial Times, Ukrinform reports.
"We are going to continue to help Ukraine because it is necessary. We do not necessarily have to deploy our troops there," he said.
According to Duda, Poland has consistently helped Ukraine by supplying weapons and also serving as a logistics center for military and humanitarian aid.
He added that at the same time, Poland is "most vulnerable to potential Russian attacks."

According to the Polish President, if Donald Trump's administration invited other states to the negotiating table, besides Ukraine and Russia, "it would be in Ukraine's interests for Poland to be there as well."
"If we look at that revived Russian imperialism, in this particular case the interests of Poland and Ukraine coincide," he concluded.
