For cooking you need:
- sour milk cheese 5% - 300 g;
- wheat flour - 130 g;
- sugar - 30 g;
- 1 yolk;
- butter - 40 g;
- vanilla sugar - 20 g;
- salt - 2 gr.
How to cook
It is desirable to rub the cheese through a sieve, when ready, mix it with yolk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
About 30 g of flour is added to the finished mass, and the rest is used for breading.
After mixing the mass to a homogeneous state, it remains only to remove the dough for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Now we form cheesecakes with wet hands, roll them in flour and then think whether to fry them or bake them in the oven. But it is better to fry first, and then bring to readiness in the oven.
To do this, fry the cheesecakes in a heated pan with oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
Then put them in a mold and bake the cheesecakes in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes, pouring sour cream or putting butter.
Such cheesecakes turn out tender and lush with a ruddy crust and, of course, delicious.
