- onion - 1 pcs.;
- bay leaves - 1 pcs.;
- peppercorns - 5 pcs.;
- salt;
- flour - 1 tablespoons;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons;
- melted lard (lard) - 2 tbsp.
How to cook
It is necessary to boil the udder in salted water with onions, bay leaves, and pepper. Cook until soft. Allow to cool slightly.
