Experts say that the naive assumption that it is enough to get rid of the mold and continue to eat the remains of the dependent product is absolutely unacceptable.

By consuming a visually healthy part of a mold-free product, people "sign a very serious sentence for themselves and their bodies." The fact is that even a slight manifestation of mold on the product, the so-called microscopic fungi, immediately begin to release poisonous substances, thereby infecting the entire product.

This increases the possibility of getting, at best, poisoning. It is also necessary to process the dishes in which the moldy product was stored as carefully as possible, since the microscopic particles from the dishes will migrate to another product and soon enough.

According to experts, moldy products contain aflatoxins - deadly mycotoxins and aflatoxins. The development of mycotoxins most often occurs on cereals, nuts, celery leaves, as well as in juices.
