How to cook meatballs
You should use chicken fillet as a base: run 500 g of meat through a meat grinder. If you don't have one at hand, beat off the fillet and cut it into small pieces.
Add finely chopped onion and 1 egg to the meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and you can also add your favorite seasonings.
Knead the resulting minced meat and form small balls, the size of a walnut, from it, which you will place 1-2 cm apart in a baking dish.
Bake the resulting meatballs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
At this time, you can start preparing the filling: grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater, add 3 chopped cloves of garlic and 200 g of cream with a fat content of 15-20%.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
