
This is definitely the most favorite cheesecake in Germany! I have never eaten such a delicious pie before! Good thing I now have this incredibly delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 160 g of sugar
- 8 g of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml of oil
- 1 kg of cream cheese
- 1 p. vanilla pudding mix
- 15 g of baking powder
- 50 g of semolina
Preparation:
I mix eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar with a mixer to a fluffy white mass.
I add oil, mix. I add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Pour in the pudding mix, baking powder and semolina, mix until all the grains are dissolved.
I put parchment in a 26 cm diameter mold and pour the dough. I bake in an oven heated to 170 degrees for about 70 minutes.
I leave the cake to cool for at least 4 hours, then cut it into pieces and enjoy it with tea!
