
Beetroot is a huge source of vitamins for our body. At the same time, beetroot dishes are very tasty. We offer to prepare a very simple and quick salad, which will surely appeal to many. Literally 5 minutes to mix the ingredients and the delicious dish is ready. Beets for this salad should be prepared in advance - boiled, or better baked in the oven.
For cooking you need:
- Beet - 2-3 pcs. (450 g)
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 clove.
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 pcs.
- Sunflower oil.
- Black pepper, salt - to taste
Preparation:
Beets are boiled, baked or cooked in a microwave oven. Then rub it on a grater. We also rub the pickle on a grater.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a pan with the addition of oil until golden.
We send the fried onions to the beets. The oil in which the onion was fried is partially added. It will be a salad dressing.
Add cucumber, chopped garlic, salt and pepper - to taste. Mix the salad well.
Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl. You can additionally season with mayonnaise (if you like) and add grated cheese, but it is also very tasty in this form!
