I wrote this recipe down from your comments. Thank you to the subscriber — I'm very pleased, because I cook it very often now, it's a great recipe!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 15 g live or 6 g dry
- 125 g of warm water
- 125 g of warm milk
- 1 century. l. sugar
- 450-500 g of flour
- 1 hours. L. salt
- 30 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 g of oil
Toppings:
- pork 400 g
- 300 g of onion
- 1 hours. L. salt
- 0,5 tsp. pepper
- 350 ml. oil for frying
Preparation:
Dough:
I make the dough for the dough by mixing the yeast with warm water, warm milk and sugar. From the total amount of flour, I add 5 tablespoons and mix until smooth. I cover with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Toppings:
I twist the pork and onion in a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, mix well with my hands and beat a little. I send it to the refrigerator for a while.
Now I add salt, melted butter and egg to the dough, mix. I pour in the flour in parts and knead the dough, at the end I add oil while kneading. I cover with cling film in a plate greased with oil and leave until it rises 2 times.
I divide the dough into pieces and form balls, cover with cling film for 10-15 minutes.
I form cakes from the balls and spread the filling, about 30-35 g of meat in each.
Fry for 3 minutes on each side in a large amount of heated oil.
Bon appetit!
