The dessert is very easy to prepare. You don't need to do anything particularly complicated. You just need to mix a few ingredients and put them in the refrigerator in a form. And then - indulge and enjoy.

Ingredients

You need the following:

  • milk - 300 ml;
  • sour cream - 300 ml;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 bag;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • gelatin - 20 g.

How to cook

Pour a little milk over the gelatin. Stir and set aside. Now mix together the yolks from the chicken eggs. Add sugar, milk and put on the stove. Stir constantly. Bring the mass to a boil and remove from the heat.

Now add gelatin to it and mix thoroughly. Next, sour cream is sent to the mixture, which should cool down a little. Mix thoroughly.

Take a box of milk tetrapaks. Cut off the top. Pour the prepared mixture. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. You can take the dessert out of the box. If desired, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or coconut shavings. Bon appetit!
