More than 1 families of internally displaced persons have already purchased their own homes on the most favorable terms in Ukraine: families receive loans from the State Youth Housing Agency at a fixed rate of 3 percent per annum for a term of up to 30 years with a minimum down payment of 6 percent of the cost of housing, which the borrower chooses.
