The soup according to my recipe is always delicious and very similar to the restaurant one! I cook and surprise my loved ones every weekend!
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- oil for frying
- butter - 30 g
- celery – 1 pc.
- porcini mushrooms - 100 g
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- Chili pepper – 1 pc.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- dill – to taste
Roasting:
- onion - 1 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- salt, dried parsley, rosemary – to taste
- oil for frying
Preparation:
To start, I cut a piece of chicken fillet. I put it in a pan with oil and butter. I fry the meat for 3 minutes. I finely chop one stick of celery and add it to the fillet in the pan. I chop the mushrooms, combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper. Add to the pan. Fry over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
I peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. I mix them with the other ingredients and pour in water. I need 1,5 liters. I boil them for 15 minutes under a closed lid.
Roasting:
I finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with oil. I add finely chopped bell pepper here. I add grated carrots. I also need salt, dried parsley and rosemary. I cook for 7 minutes with the lid closed.
I send the roast to the soup. I cook for 20 minutes. You can also add dill.
