So take inventory of your habits - and mercilessly get rid of all dangerous and harmful ones!
Eat at night
The habit of looking into the refrigerator in the middle of the night and chewing something tasty (and often harmful) is dangerous not only for your figure, but also for your health and even life. First, such night snacks cause dangerous spikes in glucose and affect insulin tolerance, which can significantly increase the risk of developing type XNUMX diabetes. Secondly, eating at night increases the level of triglycerides in the blood — dangerous fats that increase the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.
Go to bed late
Every time you sacrifice sleep for another episode of your favorite movie or a glass of wine with friends, you are putting your health at risk. In addition, the loss of concentration after a sleepless night can be dangerous if you drive a car or work with dangerous equipment.
Abuse salt

We have so often heard the call to wash our hands after returning from the street, before eating, after visiting the toilet, that we often do not perceive it as something really important, and very in vain. Because, no matter how hard it is, the world around us is still full of really dangerous germs - and hand washing remains the easiest and most reliable way to protect your health every day.
