Delicious and fragrant tangerine pie: step-by-step recipe

Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 g of flour;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 3 pcs. eggs;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;

Step 1
Peel the tangerines and remove the white veins. Divide into segments, remove the seeds (if any).

Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted butter, mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and salt. It is recommended to gradually add the flour mixture to the egg and butter mixture, kneading a homogeneous dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter or line with parchment paper. Pour half of the batter into the dish. Place the tangerine slices on the batter, distributing them evenly over the surface. Pour in the remaining batter and smooth out gently.
