I make it from what is in any refrigerator! It turns out an incomparable pastry with filling. They are eaten instantly. Everyone is always delighted with this dish!

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • warm milk – 200 ml
  • warm water - 100 ml
  • yeast - 6 g
  • sugar - 20 g
  • melted butter – 70 ml
  • 2 eggs
  • flour - 600 g
  • salt - 0,5 tsp.

Toppings:

  • minced meat (beef) – 300 g
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • dill, parsley – 50 g
  • black pepper, paprika, salt to taste

In a bowl, mix warm water and warm milk, add yeast, sugar, mix. Pour in melted butter and eggs, mix. Pour in flour and salt in parts and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

I grate potatoes and carrots for the minced meat. I chop the onion and pepper finely. I chop the herbs, add spices to taste and mix everything well.

I divide the dough into equal parts. I roll each part into a very thin layer, grease it with oil, and fold it into a square envelope.

I cut the square dough into squares, spread the filling on one side, and roll it into rolls.
