Almost every housewife always has a couple of jars of pickles in the cellar. After all the vegetables are eaten, the brine is often simply poured out.
However, instead of getting rid of the valuable product, self-respecting chefs have found a use for it.

1. Okroshka
There is probably nothing tastier than a winter okroshka made with brine. To make this, you need to dice boiled meat, pickled cucumbers, and pickled garlic.
Eggs and radishes can be grated using a large grater. As you might have guessed, all the ingredients need to be mixed and covered with brine.
2. Meat
Another option for using brine is to make stewed meat. To do this, cut the pork into small pieces, pour brine over it, and leave to marinate.
After 3-4 hours, rub the meat with your favorite seasoning with olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until cooked.
3.Blender
Cooks use brine to make batter for fish or chicken. For a glass of pickled cucumber marinade, you will need the same amount of flour, 2 eggs, and a pinch of baking soda.
All components must be mixed and whipped, then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the resulting mass.
