
These products should be excluded once and for all from the diet of those who want to prolong their youth and keep their figure.
1. Many bread, flour and cereal products
Namely: plain white bread (especially bread for toast), instant noodles, butter rolls, biscuits, bagels, waffles, flour cakes, crackers, crackers, cookies, boiled rice, semolina.
Why not?
All this food consists of refined flour (groats), and also with a huge amount of sugar. Therefore, it practically does not contain anything useful, but at the same time it is full of fast carbohydrates, which gradually lead to obesity, atherosclerosis and diabetes. In addition, due to sharp carbohydrate jumps, such food destroys the normal system of appetite regulation, and we eat many times more of it.
2. A number of meat products
This includes all sausages, sausages, anchovies, lard, as well as fatty meat and poultry dishes (for example, pork, lamb, duck). This group includes the majority of dumplings that combine harmful fatty meat with harmful flour additives.
You can take the following principle as a rule: if the meat was not chosen and prepared by me, I don't eat it.
Why not?
Such meat products contain a lot of animal fat, which is harmful to blood vessels and the heart. In addition, meat subjected to deep culinary processing disrupts the work of intestinal microflora (which is so important for overall health). And it is during the industrial production of meat products and semi-finished products that the maximum number of quality and recipe violations is allowed, as a result of which these products are excessively enriched with fat (often not even meat), lose their protein content and are pumped with preservatives and antibiotics.
3. Many dairy products
Condensed milk, sweet yogurts, sweet cheese and curds, milk chocolate, cheap ice cream, cheap medium-ripened cheeses.
Why not?
These products have little to do with milk, but at the same time they are loaded with sugar, the harm of which, in particular, and fast carbohydrates in general, we talked about earlier. In addition, very often recently, cheese, cheese products, ice cream and cheap cheeses are "conditioned" with large amounts of palm oil, rich in potentially dangerous refractory fats.
4. Some oily and fatty products
Margarines, spreads for sandwiches, cooking fat, palm oil.
Why not?
All these types of fats contain artificially modified fatty acids (or refractory fats), which significantly increase the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
5. A number of vegetables and fruits
Bananas (except small wild bananas), dates, potatoes (except young summer potatoes).
Why not?
A minimum of useful substances, a maximum of fast carbohydrates and sugars. In this case, we are talking, of course, about the systematic use of these products, and not about occasional snacks in the absence of other food.
6. Fast food and snacks
Chips, fried salted nuts, bars, croutons, popcorn.
Why not?
Just by one price, you can understand that there is nothing valuable in these products. And in order for people to eat them, they are richly flavored with flavor enhancers, artificial flavors, cheap fat, salt, and sugar. Of course, people eat them at the level of unconscious primal instincts, which all these additives actively stimulate. And eat in huge quantities! True, without getting anything at all, except sugar and fat.
7. Some sweet drinks
All varieties of cola, lemonade and other types of sweet carbonated drinks, long-term fruit juices in bags and bottles.
Why not?
Nothing useful except solid sugar and preservatives. In industrial fruit juices, very little of the beneficial components of the fruit remain, but too much sugar is added.
8. Many sauces and seasonings
Ketchup, soy sauce, mayonnaise and other industrial sauces.
Why not?
There are very few natural components in such sauces, but there is a lot of salt, monosodium glutamate, low-quality fat, artificial fillers, thickeners, etc. with such sauces, we do not improve the nutritional value of food, but we eat 2-3 times more of it. Make it a rule to prepare a variety of sauces and seasonings exclusively on your own.

9. Salt and sugar
Why not?
Your regular food (if you don't cook most of it yourself) contains too many carbohydrates and salt to be added to food in its pure form. And if you prepare less than a third of your diet yourself (and from natural raw materials, not from semi-finished products), try to forget about salt and sugar.
10. Industrial sweets
Sweet cookies, waffles, gingerbread, cheap ice creams, cheap candies and chocolates, nut spreads, industrial cakes and more.
Why not?
Extremely high content of sugar and low-quality fats or trans fats, which is necessary to ensure a long shelf life. And this in the complete absence of any useful components (to minimize the cost). Do you like sweets? Make it yourself - so you will at least be sure of what you are eating.
