Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pcs.;
- sugar - 2½ tbsp. L.;
- milk - 500 ml;
- flour - 180 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- butter for greasing the pan.
Step by step preparation
First, take a deep container. Eggs are beaten with sugar in it, and then milk is poured into it. Then carefully stir in the flour. The dough is salted and poured with oil. Then all components are thoroughly mixed.
The consistency of the dough should be thicker than water. The pan is greased with butter, then the dough is spread over it in a thin layer. It remains only to brown each pancake on each side.
