
Yeast pancakes are tender and fluffy, always associated with home comfort. Try making them according to this recipe, and they will definitely become your favorites.
Ingredients:
- flour - 300 g;
- milk (warm) - 250 ml;
- dry yeast - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. L.;
- salt - a pinch;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- oil for frying.
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let it “work” for 10 minutes. Add the egg, salt and sifted flour. Knead a soft, slightly liquid dough. Leave it in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours to increase in volume.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Spoon the batter into pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream, jam or even honey. They are great for breakfast or afternoon tea.
