Soda solution. Dissolve 5 tbsp. of baking soda in a glass of water. Take a rag and thoroughly wet the entire glass with this solution. Then take a sponge, also wet it with soda solution and wipe off the remaining glue from the tape, then wash the window with plain water.
Vegetable oil. Take a cotton pad, dip it in the oil and rub it on the glass. Leave the glass in the oil for 15 minutes and wipe it with a sponge. Then wash the oil off with dishwashing liquid.
Solvent. To remove adhesive residue from tape from glass, you can use acetone or gasoline. Be warned that this method has its drawbacks – the smell, and in the case of gasoline, the price. But if you still choose it, the technology is as follows. Dampen a sponge in acetone or gasoline and wipe away the adhesive residue. Then rub the area with water again. Be sure to open the windows.
