It is necessary for cooking
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L.;
- flour - 360 g;
- salt - 0,75 tsp;
- egg - 1 pcs.;
- dry yeast - 5 g;
- milk - 200 ml;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
How to cook
The recipe is designed to make 8 buns.
To knead the foam, you need to heat the milk, but do not boil it. The ideal temperature is called 37 degrees. If the degree is higher or lower, it will affect the work of the yeast.
Then add sugar and yeast to it, mix and leave under a napkin for 15 minutes in a warm place.
We sift the flour, add salt (a pinch), make a hole in the center of the hill and pour the foam there.
Separately, we mix one egg with a fork and pour it into the flour and steam, after which we knead the dough. It will be very sticky to the hands, but there is no need to add flour - pour vegetable oil and knead for about 10 minutes, after which the mass will become soft and pliable.
Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour so that it doubles in size.
Then it remains to form buns, cover the sheet with parchment paper, lay out the blanks and leave for 30 minutes.
Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then use as desired.
