
What could be better than cold ice cream, slightly melted, in the exhausting summer heat. Homemade ice cream! This simple recipe only has three ingredients.
For cooking you will need:
200 g of condensed milk;
600 milliliters of 33% cream;
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Preparation
Combine all the components of the future ice cream in a deep container. Beat with a mixer until the mixture thickens. Fill ice cream molds with mass, which can be replaced with regular cardboard cups.
It remains to wait until the dessert freezes in the freezer. Usually it takes from three to five hours.
If you accidentally have a chocolate bar lying around at home, you can prepare real vanilla filling in chocolate. Melt the tile in a water bath and dip the frozen ice cream into the chocolate, then return it to the freezer.
A simple, tasty and quick treat is ready.
