You need the following ingredients for cooking:

  • butter - 100 g;
  • flour - 1 tablespoons;
  • grated cheese - 1 tablespoon;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • crackers - 1 tbsp.;
  • salt pepper.

How to cook

Cut a small cabbage into four parts. Boil it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Place on a sieve and let the water drain. Then you need to finely chop.

Beat the butter until white. Add the flour, grated cheese, sour cream and egg yolks. Add the cabbage and mix everything together. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
