Bolognese pasta is particularly popular among Italian dishes. It is usually prepared from spaghetti, adding an integral element - a special sauce/gravy that is easy to prepare at home.

The classic recipe for this type of pasta should contain vegetables, meat and actually spaghetti. As a meat part, minced meat is most often used, especially beef or mixed with pork. Knowing the technology of preparing such pasta, you will not need to go to restaurants to enjoy its taste, because you can easily prepare the dish in your kitchen.

1. Bolognese pasta:

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of spaghetti,
  • 500 g of minced meat,
  • 500 ml of beef broth,
  • two spoons of olive oil,
  • two cloves of garlic,
  • onion,
  • carrot,
  • stalk of celery
  • 300 ml of dry red wine,
  • teaspoon of sugar
  • canned tomatoes,
  • parsley.
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onion, carrot and celery.
  2. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are soft, no more than five minutes.
  3. Increase the heat, add the meat.
  4. Mix the ingredients with a wooden spatula, break up any lumps.
  5. Pour in the broth, wine, add tomatoes, sugar and chopped parsley.
  6. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add salt and spices. Before serving, cook the spaghetti, drain the water, serve with sauce and grated cheese.

Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese:

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of spaghetti,
  • tomato sauce,
  • 100 g of tofu,
  • 50 g of mushrooms,
  • eggplant,
  • 50 ml of dry red wine,
  • carrot,
  • half zucchini,
  • onion,
  • garlic,
  • olive oil,
  • a teaspoon of oregano and rosemary,
  • fresh,
  • salt.
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Chop the onion, two or three cloves of garlic, fry until golden.
  2. Cut the mushrooms and tofu, add to the pan, pour in the wine, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the zucchini and eggplant, grate the carrot. Add the vegetables to the pan and mix well.
  4. Cook for up to 15 minutes so that the vegetables soften.
  5. Add tomato sauce and spices, cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with a small amount of wine or water.
  7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. At the same time, boil the spaghetti as indicated on the package. Spread the sauce over the pasta, garnish with fresh basil or other herbs.
