How to make Polish bigus with fresh cabbage

Bigus is a delicious and aromatic dish based on meat and cabbage. There is nothing complicated in preparing this treat, but the taste is simply incredible and will not leave anyone indifferent.

Stock:

  • cabbage - 1 kg;
  • beef - 500 g;
  • onion - 2 pc.;
  • tomato - 2 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • ground black pepper;
  • parsley and salt.

You also need to prepare some oil for frying.

How to cook

The meat should be cut into cubes and fried until fully cooked. Then you need to add chopped onion to it. Simmer everything together for about 10 minutes.

Add the onion to the pan for 8 minutes. Also add salt and pepper.
