
Nutella chocolate paste is admired not only by children, but also by adults. Unfortunately, the price of more or less quality Nutella in the store bites. Therefore, we share a recipe for cooking pasta at home. Although there are many recipes, you should stop at the simplest and most accessible: Nutella with milk and without nuts.
By excluding nuts from the paste, the taste will almost not change, but the allergen will be excluded from the composition.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk;
- 1,5 cups of sugar;
- 4 Art. l. flour;
- 4 Art. l. cocoa;
- salt 0,5 tsp for balance of taste
- 100 g of butter.
Preparation:
1. Combine flour, cocoa, and sugar in a small saucepan;
2. We heat the milk so that it is warm. So it will be better mixed with dry ingredients;
3. Pour milk in a thin stream, constantly stirring with a whisk, into the pan until the mixture is dry, so that no lumps form;
4. Boil the resulting mass until it thickens, stirring constantly;
5. When the pasta begins to bubble, stir constantly to avoid the appearance of lumps, cook for another minute;
6. After a minute, add butter to the hot mass and continue stirring until it dissolves completely; If desired, at this stage you can also add a glass of chopped nuts.
7. Cool and the pasta is ready.
The paste is just great spread on bread, loaf or cookies. It can also be used to grease cake pans.
The paste soaks perfectly and gives an unforgettable taste. You can also add nutella to coffee, who likes it, fill desserts and even use it as an ingredient for cooking.
