For lunch or dinner, it is very easy to cook fish in a creamy sauce with tomatoes without further baking in the oven. All you need is the recipe we're going to share and a pan. It will be very appetizing. The recipe uses turbot, but you can also cook other fish.
Ingredients
The following products are needed for cooking:
- turbot - 1,5 kg;
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g;
- cream - 200 ml;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- greenery;
- oil.
How to cook
Put the prepared pieces of fish with salt and pepper on the pan. Fry them and put them on a plate.
Cut the tomatoes in half. Place on a pan. They should be fried a little. You can add a little oil. Next, put the fish on top of the tomatoes. Pour cream, add salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Keep it on the fire for a few more minutes so that the cheese melts and all the components of the dish combine according to taste.
