The dough for them is prepared without yeast, on kefir and it will take no more than 5 minutes to knead it, it will turn out soft with a nice crispy crust. Be sure to save the recipe.
For cooking you need:
- flour - 500 g;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- kefir - 400 ml;
- soda - 0,5 tsp;
- salt - 0,5 tsp.
How to cook
First, sift the flour and mix it with salt and soda, then add kefir and oil, mix and knead the dough, which should stand for 10 minutes.
Form patties from it, fill with any filling if desired - and that's it.
If you want it as soon as possible, put the blanks on a sheet and send them to the oven. But you can also fry the pies in a pan.
