Ladies, today I will prepare apple cheesecake for you. I only use 4 ingredients. It is very tasty and healthy!
Ingredients:
- 320 g applesauce (5-6 apples)
- 3 eggs
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
- 300 g sour cream or cottage cheese
- 50 g of corn starch
- semolina for sprinkling
- Optional topping (1 apple, raisins, cranberries or orange or lemon zest)
Preparation:
I peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and fry them in a dry frying pan, not too much, just to evaporate the liquid. Then I puree them in a blender.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with vanilla sugar, sour cream or cottage cheese.
I add the applesauce and mix. I add the starch and mix. I also cut the peeled apple into small cubes.
I put parchment in a 25 by 11 cm mold and grease it with butter. I spread the whole mass, sprinkle with semolina and nuts. I bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes and another 30 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. I put a baking sheet with a cup of boiling water on the bottom of the oven.
I leave the cake in the oven for another 1 hour until it cools completely. Then I put it in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, which is about 5 hours. I decorate it with powdered sugar, delicious!
