And in this recipe you will have additional juiciness thanks to cheese. It is very easy to prepare such balls, they turn out delicious, and you can serve them with any side dish.

Ingredients:

  • Minced pork – 500 g;
  • Breadcrumbs – 1,5 cups;
  • Cheddar cheese (grated) – 1 cup;
  • Cream cheese (soft) – 220 g;
  • Whipping cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Green onion (chopped) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Onion powder – 1 tsp;
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp;
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

For the sauce:

  • Table mayonnaise – 1/2 cup;
  • Horseradish – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Green onion (chopped) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Ketchup - 2 Art. l .;
  • Garlic powder – 1/4 tsp;
  • Paprika - 1/4 tsp. L.;
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp;
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation:

Grate the Cheddar cheese, chop the green onions, and crush the white bread into crumbs. Turn on the oven to preheat to 160-170°C.

In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix thoroughly. Form meatballs with a diameter of 2-2,5 cm and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: chop the second half of the green onion, measure out the required amount of other ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly in a convenient bowl until completely smooth.
