During our school years, we constantly ran to the canteen for pizza and tea during breaks. It's not Italian with 4 cheeses and not the well-known Margherita, but it's also delicious. If you have moments of nostalgia for high school pizza, then this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
You need the following for cooking:
- warm water - 250 ml;
- flour - 0,5 kg;
- sugar - 0,5 tablespoons;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- yeast - 7 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- oil - 30 g;
- tomato paste - 50 g;
- water - 50 g;
- sausage - 250 g;
- pickled cucumber - 1-2 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 150 g.
How to cook pizza
We start making the dough. Put yeast, sugar in warm water and let it stand for 10 minutes. A foam cap should appear. This will mean that the yeast has started to work.
Add salt and egg. Mix thoroughly. Sift the flour and add it to the total mass. Now you can knead the dough. Grease a bowl with a little oil and put the dough in it for about 2 hours. It should fit. Cut the finished dough into 10 parts. Make a ball from each and let them stand for another 10 minutes.
For the filling, cut the sausage, pickled cucumber and grate the cheese. And for the base, just mix tomato paste with water.
Roll out the pizzas, place them on a baking sheet and arrange the filling. First, coat the base with sauce, lay out sausage, cucumbers, and sprinkle with cheese. If desired, you can add other ingredients: mushrooms, olives, greens, mayonnaise.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
