Postponement of mobilization
The People's Deputy explained that, let's say, a man has a reprieve for one reason or another, but it is given until the end of martial law - until February 8. Later, after the extension, it had to be issued again, which created inconvenience.
"Now this postponement will be extended automatically if martial law continues and general mobilization continues," Goncharenko said.
We also told that in Ukraine, the reservation of employees of critical enterprises no longer guarantees them protection from mobilization. Territorial staffing and social support centers (TCC) now have the right to call up reserved persons as well.
This was stated by People's Deputy Oleksandr Fedienko. According to him, one of the employees of a critically important enterprise, who had an official reservation, was mobilized by the Mykolaiv regional procurement center.
