Ukraine has made changes to the rules for drivers regarding the delivery of documents and deregistration of vehicles. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, writes UaMotors.

Drivers have the opportunity to choose a postal operator for the delivery of driver's licenses, vehicle registration certificates and license plates (if necessary). This service is available for an additional fee and is at the choice of the vehicle owner. Previously, documents were delivered exclusively through Ukrposhta.

Car owners were allowed to deregister their vehicles if they were temporarily not used in traffic. This made it possible to conclude insurance contracts for a short period of time - from 15 days to five months.

These innovations are aimed at simplifying administrative procedures for citizens who use vehicles seasonally or temporarily do not operate them. The new rules provide greater flexibility and convenience in using services.
