For dinner, prepare salmon, which is elegantly combined with cream and has a light beer aroma. In fact, this is a very tasty dish. You can consider yourself a chef after cooking it. Whoever tastes such salmon will be simply delighted.

You need the following products:
- salmon - 100 g;
- cream 30% — 200 ml;
- light beer - 50 ml;
- spinach - 200 g;
- green peas - 200 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- dill;
- cornstarch;
- olive oil;
- salt pepper.
How to cook
Brush the salmon with olive oil. Season the fish with salt. Fry in a well-heated frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
Cut the onion into half rings and the garlic into slices. Fry the onion until soft, but do not overheat. Then add the garlic and cook for a while.
Then add 0,5 cups of water to the onion, add spinach and peas. Season everything with salt and black ground pepper.
Make the sauce for the dish. Mix the beer with the cream, salt, pepper, add the herbs and put on the fire. Cook the sauce for a few minutes after boiling. It should thicken slightly.
The dish is served as follows. Place the fish, vegetable stew next to it, and pour the sauce over the fish. Enjoy!
