Our gunners, in cooperation with aerial reconnaissance, destroyed the Russian anti-aircraft missile-gun complex "Pantsir-S1" in occupied Donetsk. The corresponding video was published by the 15th separate artillery reconnaissance brigade "Black Forest".
The Ukrainian military used the American M142 HIMARS missile system to defeat the enemy's air defense system.
As a reminder, "Pantsir-S1" is a short-range anti-aircraft missile-gun complex, which is placed on a tracked chassis, a wheeled chassis of a truck, a trailer, it can also be installed stationary. Management is carried out by two or three operators. Anti-aircraft defense is carried out by automatic guns and guided missiles. The complex is designed to protect small objects from air attack (both manned and unmanned). Also, the machine is capable of fighting lightly armored ground targets, as well as enemy manpower.
