Russian occupation forces shelled the city of Kramatorsk on the morning of January 15. The attack injured nine people, including children.
The video of the first minutes after the shelling was shown by the First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department, Oleksiy Biloshitskyi.
"Kramatorsk. This morning the city came under fire. An enemy shell hit a high-rise building, causing significant damage. We quickly arrived at the scene of the tragedy and provided first aid to the victims as quickly as possible," he wrote.
According to him, inspectors facilitated unhindered access for medical and rescue services, quickly organized a house-to-house roundup to help free residents from blocked homes.
There are victims, including two children.
