Turkish Aircraft Industries (TAI) demonstrated how the Anka-3 stealth strike unmanned aerial vehicle successfully launched the Tolun high-precision glide bomb for the first time.
According to the Bulgarian Military, the Anka-3 was at an altitude of over six kilometers at the time and was traveling at a speed of 330 kilometers per hour. The tests showed that the Anka-3 is capable of effectively deploying high-precision munitions while maintaining low radar signature.
The Tolun munition is a precision-guided munition that can be used against fortifications and other targets. It has a range of up to 55 kilometers and the warhead can penetrate reinforced concrete up to one meter thick.
