What is the trick

However, there is an important caveat: the meat should not be soft. The ideal option is rubbing a frozen product.
And it is desirable that the meat almost does not have time to melt. Thus, you need to start grinding the product with a grater immediately after removing it from the freezer.
In this case, there will be no problems: meat will be rubbed as easily as vegetables.
The result will be a meat mass, which after defrosting will turn into full-fledged minced meat. At the same time, the meat grinder will remain intact: it will not have to be disassembled and washed.
