In order to make soft bread with a crispy crust at home, you don't need a bread maker.

First, you need to knead the dough. To prepare it, you need:

  • 300 ml of warm water;
  • 12-15 g of fresh yeast (can be replaced with 5-6 g of dry product);
  • 10 g of salt;
  • 20 g of sugar;
  • 0,5 kg of flour (it is better to take the highest grade);
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

The cooking process

Put the yeast in the water and mix. Then add the salt and sugar, and the flour.

You can knead the dough by hand or with a planetary mixer.

When all the ingredients are combined, add the vegetable oil and continue mixing. Leave the dough in a warm place for one hour.

You can bake bread in a thick-bottomed pan or a tall frying pan. Before starting this process, grease the bottom and walls of the container with oil.

After the dough has risen, place it in the pan in which you will bake the bread, and let it rise again for half an hour.

Place the container with the future bread on the stove, turning on the minimum heat for 50-60 minutes. Then it should be turned over and baked for another 20-30 minutes.
