Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 egg pieces.
- sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- salt 1 tbsp. l.
- warm milk 500 ml
- butter 60 g
- dry yeast 11 g
- 800 g flour
- oil 40 ml
Toppings:
- 2 onions
- paprika 1 tsp.
- sugar 1 tsp
- dill
- potatoes 650 g
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Dough:
I mix eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl. I add warm milk and melted butter, add yeast, mix. I add flour, kneading the dough. At the end, I add oil, without stopping kneading the dough. I cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Toppings:
I fry finely chopped onion in oil until transparent. I add paprika, sugar, dill and mix.
I boil the potatoes, mash them, add the roast, and mix.
I divide the dough into pieces, form balls, then flat cakes, and form pies with the filling inside.
Fry the patties over medium heat in oil until golden brown.
